Hello! My name is Angelina. I'm a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, a Certified Recovery Facilitator, Reiki Master, wife and mother to two teenagers. 

I'm an intuitive coach and expert in nutritional planning and implementation to expedite, accelerate and maximize resilience against permitting the wine or cocktails from creeping back into your diet. 

My practice focuses on helping women by providing tangible and actionable tools and practical strategies along with intuitive support and accountability in a dignified and respectful environment. 

We focus on continual improvement and sustainable results and we don't adorn outdated labels, count days, or ruminate on past attempts.  With over 25 years experience in the field of consulting and helping thousands of women, my greatest achievement is helping clients stop the self-loathing and shame so they can reconnect with the woman inside who they have lost a connection with along the way. 

The Anchored Abstinence Recipe™ program is an accumulation of my passion for science and research, love of food, curiosity of human nature and the body and my deep-felt obligation to help women find their authentic joy.
